Thanks Oldwitch, I'd like to think Euroz got it wrong, I can understand both MIN and NMT having the offtake rights to the 51% but wonder if these are split in keeping with ownership of mine percentages i.e. MIN have 42.1% and NMT 13.8% so is the offtake rights split between them in same ratio as they can't claim 51% each.
It also raises the question if the rights are transferred to MIN should NMT sell its 13.8% and the JV between MIN NMT for the Lioh plant is 75% MIN and 25% NMT that's roughly (without calculator) the same percentage split each of the offtake rights they currently both have to the 51% if you understand my meaning here.
It allows NMT to sell its stake in mine, transfer its rights to its share of the offtake to MIN but get them back at near as dam it the same ratio through its JV with MIN through the Lioh plant JV, Loop.
