I dont think they can just "call in the loan".
It is clear that the SoA failure would see the share price lower, as arbitrage funds sell and the support levels shift. It is not stated anywhere that the loan has a market cap condition.
No doubt if it did then this board would be using this as a big stick, as it would be the SoA or liquidation in that specific case.
So, I will ask again, where is it stated, or is this just your premise??
