2. IAM can't avoid making earnings projections at some stage, unless they are going to say they are never going to give earnings guidance - again it's not in IAM's long term interest.

If IAM's clients insist on confidentiality then so be it, IAM should have nothing to do with them. If they have issues it's their problem not IAM's. Maybe everything should be 'portalised' to eliminate the necessity of having contracts with single big clients using some kind of distributed user system which though reportable didn't have the same impact on major clients? That's for IAM to work out, but allowing IAM to have secret clients is not the way to go.

I take the deal anyday.
No brainer.
Deal means cash-flow and sp appreciation for LTHs, no so good for DTraders.
