You know the answer to this myASX surely?
There is no contract win yet; at least not until there is a contract to sign and they can front up with a cheque for $us 600,000. As I see it, we have a verbal acknowledgement from them that BrainChip will get this contract. But the deal can only be formalized once the 'funding process" is complete.
