    The lawsuit is against WTG by SGH.

    How does the stock price going up a bit indicate they can 'absorb the potential lawsuit'

    It could just as easily mean that buyers have determined that the SGH case will be weak and WTG will win.

    Or it could just be a random short term price movement.

    LOL.
