Hey JB, I don't believe either issue will pose problems IMO, it's just that when a company has some outstanding legal/regulatory issues to follow through, it can make people sit on the sidelines until resolved.
They can be a pesky annoyance.

Unfortunately the legal process does drag out, through no fault of anyone.
I certainly also don't believe the asbestos issue to come to anything except a few bucks to clean it up to comply with any remedial action.

@Ttrain123 ...... JB is correct, NAG will have to announce to the market if they get the early works or not. Just be mindful, John Holland still have a fair way to go before they need to consider PASS disposal options. I still think we are a few months away yet (IMO)......... Shes a fairly big deep hole !
