That is the worst case scenario. If prices stay this low and there is that much cash sitting in the kitty, it won't be hard to get enough support to organise a vote to dump board, and then replace management.
1PG carried out a vote to remove its founder yesterday and there is currently c. $6-7m of cash on balance sheet.
