Hmmm accepting shares not cash for interest payment on convertible note? Is no cash available or was discount to last traded price ( 1c or approx $4000 bonus ) enough bait to do it? Did the conv note holder really want more exposure.

More conv note due soon by the looks of it and I hope that each batch is not done the same as I believe there is quite a expense to the company to have the shares issued / admitted so a combined one off would always be preferable. It used to be expensive to do but maybe it is no longer and it is done electronically ?
