    KB- the real problem is same store sales declining. and a lot of smoke and mirrors from Sudano about new product offering as a band-aid cure.

    closing down non performing stores when the lease expires, just means that these same stores were recently profitable in the past, but now are 'cactus'.
    the next non performing store is just 'around the corner', so to speak.

    this is why the SP is tanking- not DC debt .

    ps- so what does Sudano do?

    well, he should realize that he has a fortune to pay in lease fees just this year, and his 'tenants' aren't paying their rent on time.

    Houston, we have a problem.
