    How are they going to be debt free jack?? They currently have about $9m in debt don't they? They have said that they can't get what they hoped for with the sale of T and I, and therefore they are still going to have about $6m in debt AT LEAST. (doesn't sound to me as though they will get $3m for T and I)

    How are they going to retire that debt??
