But it does make me wonder why they would incur all these costs when their own barrister has already said there is no fraud claim to answer. That's a genuine question which is why I came so far to ask people closer to the mess.
If a judge kicks it out they'll have to cover WTG's costs too won't they? At least I think that's how it works over here. Good job SGH are flush with cash these days
