KPO charts well for buy /sell with exponential moving averages 11 day and 31 day....which is why a few days above 6.7 will be a nice start to renewed uptrend..and I am prepared to anticipate that as it will cost at least 15% more once confirmed and stock just may not be available then. After such a battering I understand reluctance to try again by singed parties...Just think of Ormat with 3Billion MC
