I can't believe how the DOW is still at all time highs ???

It's a total disconnect from reality. There is absolutely no justification for equity values but the horrendously frightening thing is that they are at record highs. The Fed cannot afford to have it crash yet they have no option but to tighten interest rates from the pathetic 0.75% where they currently sit, & unwind that $4.2 Trillion balance sheet....what a mess. Yep, its horrible to behold.
