The ones who buy more, as opposed to selling? Speaking of selling, if you're so certain why are you not selling now? Are you waiting for a pump? Why do you think it will pump if 'The answer is coldry and matamor cannot deliver the technology recquired'? Everybody has an opinion, usually there are reasons why they think that way.
