What we are witnessing now is a Bollinger Band Squeeze last seen when it hit 1c. Technically speaking during this period of squeeze, we see less volume, less volatility and flat sideways movement.

These squeezes generally end with either a positive or negative news release which leads to high volume and high volatility either way. Considering the SP is sitting right at the bottom, the likelihood of a positive news release either on the Lithium front, or a possible takeover or simply a spike in IOP will see this skyrocket.

And again all indicators are showing oversold conditions which makes this the right time to get in before the flight takes off.
