Health Canada has a reputation of being very slow on the release of licences in this field however they have recently ramped up numbers to deal with the influx of applications. A producer who has navigated the application process to become licenced to cultivate will generally be successful in getting sellers licence in time.
Another producer I have invested in on the tsx has been part of the industry for years has relocated to a new location and did a build to sector 7 security standards, has had the final inspection in January that appeared to go quite well and they are still waiting.
HO will get their sellers licence imo as will mmj get the green light to sell Gelpell. The legislation is not yet buttoned up to sell and prescribe MM but it will be and then revenue will eventually roll in. Again imo
