Seems the Moolap Project is at Stage 5 - the final round of community engagement - engagement on the draft plan closes the end of this month. So might see some "action" this year?
Only part of this whole plan involved RIC land - the former saltworks, partly owned by the Crown (289 ha) is leased to Ridley Corporation until 2030 and partly owned by Ridley Corporation (176 ha)
