Galaxy Resources Limited (ASX: GXY) (“Galaxy” or the "Company") advises that Shareholders are considering the grant of options to Directors at the Annual General Meeting to be held tomorrow, 18 May 2017. The exercise price of the options to be granted, if approved by Shareholders, will be $0.556 ($2.78 on a post consolidation basis) being 125% of the 5 day VWAP up to and including the date of the Notice of Meeting which was $0.445 ($2.22 on a post consolidation basis)
