Everything is "GOD"! In other words everything including us is part of the universe.
No one has been chosen for a holy reason at all because nothing is above or below anything. It just is!
Time and space is infinite, so to pick a particular era or area of importance is not relevant.
To grab a book written by man in his recent history and believe all its content is just crazy. To believe everything in it and opposing mountains of scientific evidence is just arrogant.
I believe there was such a man who walked the earth named Jesus and was a man of great wisdom, understanding and compassion. He would have been a man of great charisma and presence. Someone that was ahead of his time and made people understand there place in the universe.
But it wasn't Jesus that made Jesus famous it was a man called John Paul. John Paul was a roman convert who dedicated his life to preaching Jesus's words over the European continent. If it wasn't for John Paul Christianity would never have had a chance.
My point is Jesus was simply a man that had an amazing impact. Over the generations the powers distorted his message to control the masses. The powers used this for corruption and sinister objectives.
The bible at its heart is full of great wisdom but has been manipulated to intimidate people into following. If you don't believe in GOD you go to hell? Thats a dictatorship. Guilt is prominent in western society because of the Christian background of our culture. Tibetans haven't even got a word for it.
Heaven is fundamentally floored. Because how are you suppose to grow in such a environment? Where is the hardship to learn from. Where is the new stuff to inspire you? If you don't grow you die, in other words you stop evolving.
Most people need to be "fed". They need something to grab onto. Man in his immaturity needed this and it worked even though a lot of suffering come about from it. 45% of Americans believe the world is only 10 000 years old so it seems the masses are still happy to be kept in that comfort zone.
If man survives we will look back on these ages as simply something we needed to go through to come to an existence of a higher self. A world of much more understanding and tolerance!
