Hahaha you are correct. I quickly skimmed the Q, I guess it was the wrong Q. I even thought to myself at the time that i remembered thinking things were tighter than they were.




If they manage to get this "anticipated" $1.23m in their purse before the end of Q then they might survive another one.......unless they lose the court case . They tend to anticipate a lot of things though, and a lot don't eventuate.
