It's not always manipulation mate !! If the asking price is .015 & you have 15 or 30 people in the queue to sell at .015 & somebody needs to urgently sell & unfortunately this is often the case, then they are only going to get out at a lower price .014 in this case & often they will leave it in the queue at .015 until the end of the day, until they pull the trigger at .014
