You are correct: markets do seem to price according to expectations. The point I was trying to make in my post is that the outlook has noticeably improved. There is no doubt that AVL is a high risk investment. That is why it is priced so low in terms of projected earnings ratios. It is also the very reason why the share price can slice through strong resistance like it did just recently on the back of a market re-rating. Should I point out that Laos (Cambodia) was also once a country where any thought of investment would have been all but ruled out ... I haven’t heard any OXR holders complaining here recently - have you?
