95c should be a base, but there's no guarantee. I'm sure those buying up on the placement have more information than the rest of us, at least I hope so. The placement should have a psychological value to others as it indicates a degree of confidence.
The lack of follow through buying however still leaves me cautious. It indicates, to me at least, that accumulation is occurring but the buyers are unwilling to venture above recent levels, sells are absorbed but buys are not chasing shares. We may stay around this level for awhile before we learn more.
