- Unit has signed a framework off-take agreement with sojitz corporation
- Agreement for purchase of up to 3 million DMT per annum from qio after re-commencement of commercial operations at bloom lake iron mine
- Champion has arranged a $40 million debt and equity bridge financing for Quebec Iron Ore Inc
- Debt and equity bridge financing for Quebec Iron Ore Inc. in order to restart operations at Bloom Lake
