10c is nice.

I still think this is way undervalued, and perhaps this is the start of the market pricing in future events such and break-even before years end and the subsequent on going potential beyond that?

Essentially its a boring business, it's not earphones or viral apps, but what it is connected to is one of the basic requirements of a human being, shelter.

I'll stick with it, I like Gregs style and hope to see further improvement in the SP.
