Well, what to make of this?

Disappointing that we have to wait for the ASX to chase them up to get any information. Better than not getting any information at all, but still disappointing.

What are they telling the market? As Smallish pointed out on the last thread someone put money in at 0.04. They must have had some belief to do that. So, it seems from what they are saying here that they belie this is still alive and that at least the China Telecom partnership will produce some income.

Given this is a formal response to the ASX I actually give it some weight. The Directors and Officers stand to receive massive penalties if they mislead the market or trade when insolvent (someone reading this will know lots more about that I'm sure). Therefore, I feel a little more positive that it isn't going bust right now.

We will just have to wait patiently, as always, to see what happens in the medium, and hopefully, long term. This has been so rough it is hard to imagine a world where it is trading, declaring real income and seeing an SP that actually grows. I liken it to going into hospital next week for a total hip replacement after about 2 years of pain, and being told that all things going as they should, I will be completely pain free on the other side. Hard to imagine I have to say, but if it comes to pass it will be heaven. I have spoken with others who have undertaken the same operation and actually struggled to believe the pain wouldn't return.

If NET ever (and I don't care of it takes a few years) gets back to the magic 0.40 it listed at in the restructure way back when, then THAT WILL BE HEAVEN!!!!
