Exactly. Everyone thinks it'll just head to *some price* based on fundamentals. But as Warren Buffet would tell you, the market is irrational. And so it will over buy and over sell stocks and generally mostly never be efficient (realise th exact price of a stock) due to the markets participants emotions or other factors.
