That's quite a likely scenario. As Billy has previously posed, there may be more than the 2 suitors we have MOUs with. Other(S) may have gone straight to DD. Each may want 100% of our production. AGY may be considering a number of offers / options and can't disclose until decision and binding contract signed.
Also: may be a deadline in play now which allows Ann prior to agm.
