After reading their announcement again. There are few points which I thought of bringing up.
Points
-Agreement with ICAN Israeli company. Which is a big thumps up because Israelis are not jokers they are serious for what they do.
-Revenue from their product.
-CR .10c per share. OK now let's discuss this.
If they have offered this to sophisticated investors then why sellers should sell their shares for less than current price. What if investors are thinking to hold for long term and some they have bench mark price which shouldn't be less than .10c. Only scared sellers are going to be effected by this.
On other side why someone wants to invest in the company. They should have researched and did their homework before signing a cheque.
So to me I have been watching this stock I sold when it was .195 So thinking of coming back.
