Just noticed how many captains there are on this thread......weird.....

Fwiw, i'll be taking up some, but certainly not all, of my entitlement. The free option is the carrot, but in reality I'm actually just looking to reduce my av price atm.

In doing this, i know Dyl & U is a longterm play, but that once is does eventually move, the sp will probably move quickly up. I also know that once these new shares are issued, there is going to be, in all probability, opportunities for me to reduce my sp even further.

From the company perspective, they need funds to drill and expand their JORC and also look for new opportunities. I would think a cashed up company in the U space could do quite nicely on the acquisition front atm.....

I suppose it all depends on your investment strategy, funds available and faith in the new management team at Dyl. In the end, whether you buy from this offer or not, the shares will all be in the bottom draw at the moment and probably won't come out for some time yet to come.....
