Jim has probably been in Chile and vcr999 is in China.
But still, the major shareholders can afford to pay "Jim's" mobile phone bill, so everything is good!
Apologies for the sarcasm, all shareholders remember who has to underwrite the next share issue, the "major" shareholders and vcr999. The rest of the shareholders can just "enjoy the ride"!
