The hide of them. They even make it clear that, in the absence of a superior offer, MB will not increase their bid. That on it's own is saying/admitting that they know that CTP is worth more than what they have offered and that it would take someone else to get a price war started.
Perhaps, and who knows, but it could also has been written in a form of support to the current Board and with the sole purpose and intent of scaring some undecided voters to sell out.
That will confirm that this letter has totally changed/confirmed my mind and that I will have to now vote for a big NO.
