AGY will have a new cornerstone investment group of 1 or more Chinese companies...I've been saying and hoping for this for 12 months. With that, there will be a off-take and maybe a convertible note or line of credit.
Questions you guys aren't asking which boggles the mind is...
-What % from 5%-19.9%
-Who...yes, kind of a big question to ask.
-Up-front payments.
-When is STAGE 2 starting?
-Is S2 and S3 merging?
-STAGE 3????
-and a bunch more.

Also...we will be given the details before Tuesday. I'm thinking Monday...maybe today?
