If you believe in MSB technology and management then invest because FDA approval depends on first one and finding the right partner depends on latter one. Why to worry day to day- what jim chanos said or MNK fined by government, such and such. Why institutional investor got much higher successful rate than retail investor? We tend to follow other opinions, believe news, get scared by daily share volatility as if those things are the determinants of MSB success. I own x% of MSB business and i don't think my business value changes day to day then why should i worry what short seller said about MNK, unless i'm day trader. If MNK deal doesn't happen, so what ? raise the equity and fund the clinical trial and get FDA approval- if technology is good as we think it is. There is over exaggeration about capital raising in this forum, what would you expect from start-up companies like MSB to do? They need fund to complete the trial and generate value for shareholders, what's unusual on that? It's the part and parcel of journey of being long term holders, otherwise as charlie munger says accept mediocre results and be satisfied.
I would say at the moment there is lot of noise in the market, just stick to your decisions, we all will be better off.
