I would've normally classed this one as being a semi spec, but I have recently realised that HNG hold a 7% stake. From what I know of HNG, they are a fairly clever bunch who are probably a little conservative if anything, and whilst they are quite small, they seem to make excellent, long term investing decisions. To me, that alone makes CIX one to keep an eye on.
