Id actually like to see a stand alone AGY it takes the risk out of things. The company isnt bound by deadlines or time frames for production. If u miss a deadline by a few months ur open to legal disputes.

If the cap raising is for funding for stage 2 yes the share price will rise without the chinese jumping on jerkos back every 5 minutes. So yer i like that secinaro.

This way management can focus soley on the company and not having to many constraints going forward. Overall i think this is going to be good!
