    On one hand the naysayers laugh about the target price provided by brokers such as Cannacord. Then when it suits the point they are trying to make they bring up Cannacord are no longer covering. The right hand doesn't speak to the left hand it seems. If you never took seriously Cannacord's views when they were covering QIN, why take seriously now they are no longer?
