After months of "I've spoken to SH....." and selling me that you've tried educating me then how about an answer to my question? You've implied another "wink, wink, nudge nudge" discussion which to my logic makes absolutely no sense at all.
The fact is if SH had just converted the MOU's into binding agreements with finance then IMO they certainly wouldn't have revised the whole business model the day before !
