You are correct about chasing yield. I sweated on Tls coming back a bit. It didn't so I've jumped back into the banks... Yesterday. I now hope tls keeps going up because I do already have a decent swath, just wanted more but missed the boat. Still have a little bit of dry powder if they do. Property prices are ridiculous but was lucky to get in well before stupidity and Chinese came into play.
