If BRN didn't have a patent, I'd be worried.
If BRN didn't have strong engineering talent, I'd be worried.
If BRN didn't have strong management, I'd be worried.
The three things above help reduce the worrisome notion of other startups having $100mm's.
If BRN had funding, I'd definitely be much much much more confident in this investment. Let's see what happens in the next few weeks/months.
