I have just checked few companies which had been relisted after VA. For ERJ, there is no issue for 300 holders who hold each minimum of $500. Presently, ERJ has around 2,000 holders with depth of spread.
If ECM would like to offer some of those new shares as part of recapitalisation to 300 holders @ @$500, there should not be a big issue. The current holders should not cry out because total money is only around $150,000 i.e. 300 holders x $500.
I guess that relisting could be anytime. Please keep watching closely everyday.
