I can feel CGT relief coming on....thank christ for that!!
Didnt plan on Areva throwing a spanner in the works..... but as the directors are in the same position as us (having sold to PDN but looking for CGT relief themselves), i did not think that they would stop in their efforts to secure at least min 80% SMM, if for no reason other than to look after their own interests
Only 3.6% to go....a mere formality now IMHO....well you would think so anyway!
I have learned a valuable lesson on this one .......come what may....when CGT relief at stake, wait for 80%aquisition
