Nice to get some actual on the ground feedback from the ordinary folk about SGH. It's looks like the are hanging in there and continuing their marketing trying to build a presence and brand in London /major cities.
Also I wasn't having a dig at you, just pointing out that us youngsters are feeling the heat. Whilst I agree & you are absolutely correct that we have an advantage with the low interest rate environment (<4%) compared to the BB's (15 - 17%) this is well and truly negated by the risk of potentially substantially higher rates and a worse outlook for future returns as house prices are unlikely to increase at the same rate as they have since the mid 1990's.
Anyway I won't ramble on any further......take care and enjoy the rest of your holiday.
