Agreed...even if 4-5 cents...the SP might go down...however...the market knows sometimes these deals need to be done at discounts.
I think Jerko will pull off a solid deal for shareholders long term. (he's the biggest shareholder after all!!)
If it goes down for a day or 2 we'll be fine...PLUS...there could be bigger news the following day as our ACE is the AGM and with 6 resolutions to be VOTED...you want happy shareholders.
If we can handle 150M shares (or whatever it was) last year at 0.002...we can handle ANYTHING!!!
Us AGY shareholders are a tough bunch.
