they issued shares today to pay a director!!, page-13

Although I have had my say on how sad this company is, this latest discussion on directors having faith in the company because they have taken shares instead of cash is really clutching at straws. As mentioned by others, they don't have the cash. So how will they get paid. They will get the cash from those buying these shares.

I refer back to TWO Change of Directors Interest Notice announcements on 4th September 2003. One director (which received shares in this latest announcement) sold 4,000,000 of his/her 4,012,000 shares. The other disposed of some 13M. It shows the real faith of the directors.

The saying goes History Never Repeats. How quickly people forget what this company was like in 1999/2000.

BTW there are so many of the recent rampers that have disappeared from this forum. They have probably got a new nic to hide behind their embarrassment.
