So Ironside scoops up over 90% of the Entitlement offer under the Shortfall offer, along with the free options to boot, of which Otsana claims close to $1 mill worth as stated on page 13 of the Prospectus.
Considering this was kept below 4c for basically the entire time the Entitlement offer was open to discourage retailers from claiming their meagre 1:13 allotment, one would have to assume that a pump is coming to get this north of 4c so that they can start distributing back to the market with a tidy profit?
