WBC have said today it equates to 8c decrease in dividend per year. Of course they did not say it would fund the levy by cutting dividends but they did mention this figure. Check out their announcement.
For NAB 245 million less profit aftet tax divided by 2.68 billion shares on issue equals about 9c per year.
