Yes if they buy FAR out.....not if FAR/CNE are selling the Holding company......Peter Coleman said so.
Just so its clear quote:
" We don't believe that pre-emption is applicable in this instance because we're purchasing a company.....not an asset"
Based on that statement there is no way WPL will ever be able to pre empt if any of the JV partners sell via their holding company.
