Glad you are becoming more alert and asking the tough questions.

And I agree, its better to ask tough questions now than wait until its too late.

Hey, at least you are still in the green.

But 20% in 10 years is really an abysmal return. Nevertheless, still better than many others who are at break-even or in the red - like Farjoy.
