If FAR does sell out, it won't really matter if the sale gets PEed or not. FAR I am sure will not be selling it at the price that COP did (fire sale) and if the price is right, then, as CN pointed out, who cares where the money is coming from.
It's really the price. If COP had sold out at say $4+ FAR probably won't have done anything about it.
